Hathersage Moor

Ringcairn

Hathersage Moor, Ringcairn

This is a fairly easy one to find and a moderate round-trip hike of less than 2km. There are several stones lying around with only one that could be termed as an upright. It has the hallmarks of a ringcairn, with entrance to the southeast, but may also be an embanked stone circle or kerbed cairn. Whether or not there were other uprights remains unknown.
